All of our puppies are sold on a spay or neuter contract unless breeding rights have been approved by breeder/seller.  This means your puppy is to be spayed or neutered by 6 months of age.  Once you have submitted proof of spay or neuter to the  breeder, your AKC Limited or APRI/ACA or other papers will be mailed to you.

If for any reason, at ANY time, you are no longer able to keep this puppy/dog, please call us.  We will gladly take any of our puppies back, No Questions Asked, should buyer not be able to care for them.  Returns are surrenders therefore no refunds are given.

This contract/health guarantee MUST be signed & returned to seller.  If a copy is not provided to seller, contract is Void & No health guarantee will be offered!

By signing this agreement, you are also agreeing to NEVER surrender this dog to a shelter and agree to give breeder first option to take ownership.

I, the buyer of said puppy, hereby acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this document.  Further, I accept the terms and conditions of this guarantee printed in this document, and I waive and relinquish any other rights that I might otherwise have in the event of such occurrence.  This agreement represents the total agreement between seller/breeder and the buyer and no other terms or conditions shall be valid to the terms of this sale.

This warranty is made for the benefit of and protection of both the Buyer and Seller.

Please read the following agreement. Please ask for clarification if you should have any questions. To the best of my knowledge, this puppy is in good health at the time of delivery. Buyer has three working days to have the puppy checked by a licensed veterinarian. Failing to do so will void your health guarantee. If the veterinarian discovers the puppy to be unsound, it can be returned within the three day period for a refund of the purchase price or replaced with a puppy of equal value at the breeder’s discretion. This is provided the puppy is returned with a letter from the examining veterinarian stating in what respect the puppy is unsound. Absolutely no refunds after the three day warranty period. No sale is guaranteed until a deposit is received.

• This guarantee is valid only to the person who purchased the puppy.

• Breeder is not responsible for any expenses occurring once a puppy leaves the sellers possession.

• If a genetic/life threatening illness is detected by a licensed veterinarian, the buyer must return the puppy (at their expense) and all papers to the seller immediately along with a letter from the veterinarian stating the medical reason for the return of the puppy. The breeder has at this time the right to have the puppy examined by her own veterinarian.

• Retained testicles, hernias, poor bites are not life threatening genetic illnesses.

• If any medical treatment is performed, this guarantee is null and void.

• Seller will not pay any expenses for the puppy once it has left seller’s possession…vet bills, transportation costs, ear cropping, supplies, grooming, etc.

• No guarantee is given for any kind of worm, coccidiosis, or giardia, mites, or any other parasite – they are all too  common and can be contracted from your soil or boarding facility. All of our puppies are treated every two weeks.

Your puppy should be wormed every two weeks until it is placed on a monthly heartworm preventative. A heartworm preventative is required. Internal flea preventatives are not acceptable and void your guarantee.

Frontline is recommended for flea prevention.

• Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) is very preventable & not a genetic defect. It is not covered.

• Puppies are sold as companion/pet quality only and seller does not guarantee the size, disposition, show-quality, color, or reproductive ability of any puppy.

• In the event a puppy dies, a necropsy must be performed to determine cause of death. Such a necropsy must be performed by an accredited institution set up for such procedures such as A&M University. THIS SHALL BE DONE AT THE EXPENSE OF THE OWNER OF THE PUP. A necropsy performed by a local veterinarian will not be accepted.

The necropsy along with AKC papers will accompany any written request for replacement or refund. The choice of replacement or refund will be made at breeders discretion.

• This guarantee is null and void upon any evidence of abuse or neglect, or if the buyer fails to complete vaccinations, dewormings, and puppy checks with a qualified veterinarian. Proof of such maintenance must be furnished upon request of breeder.

• Breeder will not replace or refund for any reason, but not limited to: allergy, mortality, landlord’s disapproval, family disagreement, or any other problems not related to health of the puppy.

• Breeder will not replace or refund for a puppy’s illness caused by neglect, exposure to weather, injury, choking, poisoning, etc

This agreement is made and entered into the state of Texas, in the county of Lamar and shall be informed and interpreted under the laws of the state. Buyer agrees to provide this puppy with proper veterinarian care, diet, housing, socialization, and grooming for its entire life. Under no circumstances is this puppy to be placed into a shelter, a pet store or placed with a rescue organization or foster care.
